Promotional, Technical, Operational & Financial requirements of the Asphalt Pavement Producer Council (Asphalt Division of NYMaterials)
Liaison to the National Asphalt Pavement Assn. (NAPA), Asphalt Pavement Alliance (APA) and State Asphalt Pavement Association (SAPA)
Work on behalf of the President, NYMaterials Board of Directors, and NYMaterials Membership as required

Bruce Barkevich had been Vice President of the Asphalt Pavement Producer Council since 2003.  Prior to this, he was a Project Manager and Equipment Manager for Callanan Industries, Inc for 13 years.  He also was a Project Manager/Project Engineer for Pin Oak Construction. Bruce is a graduate of the University of Buffalo with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.

Responsibilities
Promotional, technical, educational, operational, and financial requirements for the Concrete Producers Council

Liaison to the National Ready Mix Concrete Association (NRMCA).  Member of the Transportation Research Board (TRB) for the Materials Section and the Transportation Infrastructure Group (TIG).  Member of Joint ASTM-AASHTO Cement Harmonization Task Group (2003 – present).  Member of the Eastern NY Chapter of ACI.. 

 Don Streeter has been with New York Construction Materials since 2019, originally as a consultant to the Concrete Division, then in 2023 he became VP of the Concrete Division.  Prior to NY Materials, Don worked 32 years for the NYSDOT with the bulk of his career serving in the Materials Bureau providing expertise of concrete materials, mixtures, and construction applications.  Don is a graduate of Clarkson University with a Bachelors degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and is a licensed Professional Enginner in the state of NY.
